first tell me the sequence of mRNA. u know how to do that..we did it yest..:)
every 3 is a pair? reading the first letter of each pair?
no according to antisense strand sequence..u have to write the complemetary bases to each nucleotide in the strand. the sequence thus obtained would be your mrna
oh yea i did that before, isnt it like t=u or a=u i cant remember
t=a a=u g=c c=g
thatll help, give me a sec to try and figure it out lol
im trying to fill in the bottom where the question marks are right?
yep
AUG,AAG,CUG
perfect...now the first codon is AUG right? can u tell me..which trna is complimentary to this sequence? there are 3 nucletide sequences given in ur picture at the right hand side
IDK....
what is complimentary to AUG?
TAC?
i seriously dont know what im looking for
its U here..bcuz we are talking about rna.. so UAC right? now can u find a trna with UAC?
whered you get U from?
is it Ala
no its Lys
@shrutipande9
sorry had internet issues... when u find the complimentary sequence for AUG which is going to be trna, then it does not have T but U. UAC is met..right?
yea
so the next one is Lys
correct..:)
and then u can correctly guess the right option..:)
