OpenStudy (anonymous):

legislative branch can make bills which can be vetoed by the executive branch or can pass into laws which can then be deemed either constitutional or not by the judicial branch. the judicial branch can determine whether actions of the executive branch were lawful or not and the executive branch can appoint new justices and chief justices if need be. just for a basic outline thats about it.
