It's C, I think. It can't be A or B, the angle doesn't make any sense. The angle needed to rotate the image clockwise, is 180 degrees.

well first you know that it is rotated some angle around point c, bcause that is the point that stays the same.

270 doesn't make sense, the rotation angle is too much.
