with what

OpenStudy (michellemn):

Match the scale factor of the side lengths of a regular polygon with the scale factor that results for the area, volume or perimeter. Match Term Definition 24 A) perimeter: scale factor twelve 4 B) area: scale factor thirty-six 12 C) perimeter: scale factor twenty-four 6 D) volume: scale factor sixty-four

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

if you know the scale factor.... for the linear measurements then square the scale factor to find the area scaling cube it to get the volume scale factor so the the scale factor is 2 for linear measurements such as sides or perimeter the area is 2^2 or 4 times larger The volume 2^3 or 8 times larger hope it makes sense

OpenStudy (michellemn):

ummmm kinda??

OpenStudy (michellemn):

Still a little confused.

OpenStudy (legends):

OpenStudy (legends):

OpenStudy (michellemn):

Ok thank you.
