yes there is... however it requares a lot of latex and can easily be adjusted... however... it takes a lot of input for it... similar to what im doing with the openstudy logo... once i have perfected it and shrunk it down ill let you know how to do it ok? :P
its amazing what you can do wih overline underline and tons of symbols ;-;

Which is why I wish we had TikZ support... https://www.sharelatex.com/learn/TikZ_package But that would take a bit of doing and something completely different from MathJax.

And using $\LaTeX$ to explain basic math concepts is easier with things that can do lines and the like.  Here is one I did some time back.
