Multiply by 15 on both sides

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I still don't get it. :/ Math isn't my strong suit.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

3+4/5 = 19/5 (right side) now multiply both sides by 15 to remove the 15 in denominator on the left

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x=(3 4/5)*15 is 3 4/5 a proper fraction?

OpenStudy (anonymous):
