Anatomy & Physiology question: You smell a rose and smile at its lovely scent. What type of nerve is mostly likely responsible for sending a message about the rose's scent from your nose to your brain? A. Spinal motor B. Cranial motor C. Spinal sensory D. Cranial sensory I think D, am I right?

OpenStudy (nottim):

Well, what's the function of all? Do it sherlock style, deductive reasoning.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its obviously sensory cause its picking up a scent, so that rules out A and B. and the nose is on the face/head, the olfactory bulb is in the head. cranial=head, spinal=spine/body. so again, D?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

alright ill just take that as a yes

Its like playing chess with multiple choice. Eliminate the bad moves, and whatever left is the only good move.
