OpenStudy (bohotness):

Which does not describe part of John Locke's work and beliefs? A. People in a civil society must follow the rules and decisions of the majority. B. Governments exist to protect people's rights. C. God gives rulers their power to use for their own benefit. D. All people are naturally free to do what they want as long they do not harm anyone else.

eclipsedstar (eclipsedstar):

Well, he believed in rules that a majority of people must follow to keep order. Locke also believed that a government was needed to protect peoples' rights...and he believed that people had the right to do what they wanted if it results in no harm.
