For option A, if you remove "mac, you, and" then you will be left with
"the only person(changed for the sentence) left must be me."

That is correct. Because if it had been "The only people left must be Mac, you, and I." That would not make sense when removing the "mac, you, and" part. does that make sense?

So personally i think it may be A. but im really not sure. these are tricky questions if you dont have your testbook in front of you will all the rules!
