Am I not answering her question? Many have said above it was probably because you were IP banned. That means If you are banned only via your IP address you can go ahead and attempt to change your IP address. But I really can't do nothing about it because I'm definitely not a moderator. Although I can contact some if you'd like, find out why and let you know.
