The relationship between power and work and calculate power?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Power is measured in [W = J/s = kg m^2 / s^3] Work is measured in [J = kg m^2 / s^2] So, by looking at the unit relationship, we can see that the only difference is that Power is measured per an additional unit of time. So a good guess at how power and work are related:\[P = \frac{W}{t}\] Turns out this relationship is actually correct. Power is simply work done in a given time.
