well it's true that the Roanoke colony didn't start farming when they arrived, they also didn't want to get along with the natives. answers B and C are just theories, when John White returned he found that everyone had disappeared (what happened to them is unknown)

well A could be correct, but i don't think it's necessarily the reason why the colony failed...
