Can somebody give me some suggestions of books that have a good prologue and epilogue? I'm writing a book that includes a prologue and an epilogue, and I would like a couple of examples to study.

Well, The Hobbit is basically a prologue to the rest of the J. R. R. Tolkien books... but Lord of the Rings does have one...
