ok so lets say they give you something like this - 1. bromocresol green turns yellow 2.bromothymol blue turns yello 3.phenolphthalein turns well colorless so on my data sheet they would have a pH range from for example (for number 1) 3.8-5.4 therefore for 1 is the pH gonna be less then or EQUAL to 3.8 or is it gonna only be less then? ?

btw i already know that its gonna be less then 3.8 and not like greater then 5.4 or in between, just wanna know if its equal to
