What happens to the density of a population due to mortality and emigration

OpenStudy (javk):

Population density is a measure of how many individuals are present in fixed are. Mortality implies death which reduces the number of individuals and in immigration, it's moving away, so this also reduces the number of individuals in the area. And if the number of individuals in an area is decreasing then the population density in that area is also decreasing.
