A particular sales representative earns $6.00 an hour base pay plus a 3/50 commission on sales made. f the rep. worked 35 hours qne had $13,000 in sales last week, what did she earn?
6*35 + 13000* (3/50) 210+ 780 990
So this problem is the same problem as last time - Info: *$6 per hour *35 hours worked *3/50 commission from the sales you make *$13,000 in sales
i did write the method: $6/hr for 35 hrs and 3/50 of total sales thats what i wrote
Equation:\[6.00x+\frac{3z}{50}\]x = hours worked and z = sales made
awesome guys! thanks!
the question had no merit in it, no intricacy, so the solution had to be simple and it had ample of steps to explain how did i arrive at an answer.
...I don't see any methods written by you anywhere.
very top is the solution
The solution with no explanation, but yes, a solution
I only say this because I get yelled at by certain "higher-ups" for apparently not explaining enough
see he understood it, in maths you need to develop your instincts spoon feeding never helps @kittiwitti1
yeah you are right
I'm not spoon feeding. I stick an equation there and let HER* solve the rest
anyways thanks for suggestion
You're welcome :)
@katlin95 any more? I can do one more :p
