myininaya (myininaya):

so you are given (r,theta) and are asked to find (x=rcos(theta),y=rsin(theta))

myininaya (myininaya):

Like do you know how to use the equations x=rcos(theta) and y=rsin(theta)

myininaya (myininaya):

you just replace theta with pi/2 and r with 1 since you have (r,theta)=(1,pi/2)
