Recently (as in the past 4 days) I been getting notifications from 3-11 months ago. Its annoying me because so far I have had over 20 notifications today from months ago

I got the same thing... Except it said someone replied to something but no one actually replied to it. And the next day the same thing and the same thing. At least it stopped for me a while ago. But I still get occassional old notification once in a while.

I always get over 30 notifications every time I log on. I get an average of 60 notifications a day.

It' weird, I've never had that problem, aside from the mixed order of fans I received...

Maybe it depends on your internet connection...? :o

This also happens to me. So it can't be her internet connection.

This is not a good solution but here's how I usually do it.

When OS is lagging, I usually turn off my notification settings.
To check my notifications, I'll just open another tab to view all of my notifications and it will show the list of your notifications properly.

Once OS is cured, I'll just turn on back the notification settings.

What I am seeing is this:

"Soandso and 4 others replied to bla, bla, bla 20 days ago" but I go to it and there is a new message. So I get the notifications at the right time but the ago part of the message is off.
