PLEASE HELP! ANYONE!!!@TheSmartOne

I would have to assume it was based on a set of written laws, most of the democratic ideas came from the Greek city-state Athens who created the first recognized Democratic government. Although the Tripatite system gave way to the creation of legislation, executive and judiciary divisions.
