True or false. Your population of interest is whatever you decide it is. A population can be as long as it's defined as a population.

"Your population of interest is whatever you decide it is". True. You are in control of what you want to study. "A population can be as long as it's defined as a population. " the wording is clunky, so I'm not sure what they mean here. But I think it's saying that as long as the population is properly defined, then it's a proper population. That seems a bit circular.
