I am not a total expert at Bio (I am a noob basically >_<) and it's not required to be the overlord of any subject. Your range in expertise can be anything from high schoolers to..................

You may would like to add Pacific Time to and let users know. As because there are many from around the world.

You don't need a license for an ID. You can use some different stuff. Anything with your birth date, name, picture, etc.

Yes you can. You just need to know that topic really well.

You don't need OwlBucks to become a QH. You sign up to become a QH. You get OwlBucks to ask a QH for help

Get past 70 and it'll get easier, then a bit harder through 85-89. After that it's pretty easy

A CEO chat is a chat with the CEO, Preetha Ram @Preetha. She will discuss new features, announce new Ambassadors and Mods, etc

If someone "asks a qualified helper", then a QH would get a notification from that user, about this question. The QH's online would answer it, and the user can rate the QH. Once the QH is done, he/she will get 50% (I think) of the owl bucks used for the question. Over time, it will change
