A girl is in a place, not moving. A guy passes her running with a constant velocity of 8m/s. The girl waits 20 seconds and starts running behind him with an acceleration of 2.2m/s^2. How much time does it take to here to reach him?

I've done Xguy = 8t + 160 and Xgirl = 1.1t^2 but I am not getting the result
