So, I just wanted to clarify something. One Owlbuck costs $5 right? So let's say someone wants to hire a QH. So they basically paid $5 just for $one$ question??? If so, I think it's a bit costly. That's half the price of a membership for a month.

Its not going to be that bad, maybe 5 dollars  =  25 owl bucks. Owlbucks are used to ask questions, number of owlbucks determines how hard the question is. So 1 owl buck 1 question a project might require 20 owl bucks.
