Embryonic stem cells could be really useful in medicine but RESEARCH into their use raises many ETHICAL and SOCIAL issues , so i wanted to know what can be the issue ( i mean the dis advantages)

How about if while removing embryonic stem cells, they hurt the embryo by accident? The odd of being born with a birth defect are higher.

What if the stem cells were removed in an inhumane way? Without consent? Against someone else's religion and or beliefs? It is very easy to harm someone in the process when removing stem cells. I know it is too late, I have been busy and I am sorry for that.
