Matt looks at the architectural plan of a four-walled room in which the walls meet each other at right angles. The length of one wall in the plan is 19 inches. The length of the diagonal of the floor of the room in the plan is approximately 20.62 inches. Is the room in the shape of a square? Explain how you determined your answer. Show all your work.

can you exaim it
Okay, so what do we know about a square?
it s = on each side
@iGreen.
From the information i read, i'm assuming it's a square room. And in building, when you put up walls, you can't just make all the walls the same exact length and "glue" the edges together.. Sooo one or two walls will be slightly longer because...?
idk
Because you have to overlap in order to connect each wall to the next. Come on dude.
i am i am just confused
Idk how i can explain it any further. I gave you the answer as well as an explanation..
