In a bag, there are two blue tokens, three red tokens, six yellow tokens, and four green tokens. Stephen will perform random trials of drawing a token and replacing it into the bag. Which of the following is a good prediction for the number of times a red or green token will be drawn in 300 trials? a.85 b.181 c.119 d.138

OpenStudy (secret-ninja):

two blue tokens three red tokens six yellow tokens four green tokens 2 + 3 + 6 + 4 = 15 He has a 4/15 chance to pull out a green token. He has a 3/15 chance to pull out a red token. All together, he has a 7/15 chance of getting red or green. What do you think will happen if he does it 300 times?

OpenStudy (secret-ninja):

This is just a guess, but: 7 times 300 = 2100 2100 divided y 15 = 140 So I guess it may be D.
