Mutualism involves two species both benefiting from each other(snail doesn't benefit from Hermit Crabs)
Commensalism is basically Mutualism but only one benefits while the other isn't affected. (Hermit benefits and Snail not affected because it already discarded the shell)
Parasitism one benefits and one is hurt (snail abandoned shell so nothing is hurt)
And it would only be Competition if there is more than one Hermit Crab fighting for one shell.
