One way to do this is to sub 3x + 2y <= 600 ( x = hamburgers and y = hotdogs) now plug in your answer choices and see which one makes the inequality true. 200 lbs hamburger, 140 lbs hotdogs 3(200) + 2(140) <= 600 600 + 280 <= 600 880 <= 600 --- not true, so your 1st answer choice is wrong now try the 2nd one.. 150 hamburger, 60 hotdog 3(150) + 2(60) <= 600 450 + 120 <= 600 570 <= 600 --- now this is correct you can check the other answer choices to make sure, but if there is only 1 answer, it is the 150 hamburgers and 60 hotdogs

you were right thank you!!!!!!!!!!!! I would do this myself but I can't because we just found out the reason why I couldn't do this math is because they put me in algebra 1 instead of pre algebra! the are going to switch me next semesster
