B . Kilograms Newtons are for units of force, gravity. Pounds are not scientifically used USA and some other poor country only use these stupid measurements.
Mass will also be the same no matter where you are. If you are at sea level, on a mountain or even the moon. Pounds and tons however are a measurement of mass under the influence of gravity. They are measurements of weight and will change because gravity is not the same everywhere.
