What was the greatest community impact of the Oklahoma City bombing? Individuals experienced significant emotional pain years after the event. Employees had to spend years reconstructing records that were destroyed. New residents failed to understand how the community dealt with the effects of the bombing.

I think the best choice would be there was significant emotional pain for years after. If we look at significant events such as bombings,attacks we can see that people still feel emotions about the events that occurred.
