The first graph in linear and the second graph is quadratic. The question related to these graphs is, are the invertebrates the same size. if not which is larger?

I know that the invertebrates are not the same size. I just don't know how to answer which one is larger. The equations representing the graphs are y=Ac, where a is some constant, and y=Ac+KAc^2

The graphs show the relationship between Absorption and Concentration of oxygen. Nothing else. Is one a starfish and one a fruit-fly? All we know is that they absorb oxygen at different rates with respect to concentration.

They could be the exact same size and absorb oxygen at different rates.
