i need to explain an article, and i saw this line "In most experiments, a weak rectangular current pulse of 700msec duration was passed through...." i searched for current pulse generator and it said it acts like stimulus when applied to devices under test.. but i am not sure about what that 700msec means? anyone?

msec = milli-second = .001 seconds 700 msec = .7 seconds
