The only part I don't understand is the "Surely he has found his great perhaps". I'm getting a feeling that no one understands why he trudges through his life, suffering his hardships, possibly collecting ridicule from others, but he ignores them & continues for some greater purpose. I feel I would understand better if I knew what the greater perhaps was. Otherwise, it is great! Great structure, & the picture goes well with what you're trying to communicate.

@Brostep0s If you read the book Looking for Alaska you would understand the metaphor "Seeking a Great Perhaps." We all in our own way go to seek our own form of this greatness, the thing that makes it most interesting in life is no one ever knows what this "Great Perhaps" that your seeking is. I felt like it was kind of ironic how the guy or whatever had come so far for this greater good but no one really knows what he's chasing after because then it leaves you to come up with your own ideas. I feel like it would be difficult to incorporate whatever it is that he's searching for lol. But thanks ahahah(:

I understand, you've left a sort of dwelling feeling that allows readers to dispute their own meaning of the poem. I love it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):
