Name three environmental changes that might affect the organisms in this food chain: dandelion ~ caterpillar ~ frog ~ snake ~ owl.

I already have one, it is a drought because if there was a drought, dandelions would die of dehydration and this would affect the whole food chain. Any other ideas?

A drought would affect all of them.

You could also add 'invasive species', this could kill off a lot of the caterpillars, frogs, snakes or owls.

Well, caterpillars live on the land, and cannot swim, so they would die. Same goes for some snakes and frogs.
