B.  Include instructions on the home page for which browser and version to use.
C.  Include a script on pages that detects the browser version.
D. Use an element selector to determine the browser version.

iam not sure of the answer but iv seen pop ups that says "for better appearance chose internet explorer".. so i guess B.. :)
