                             3-(6) = -3
                            -5-(-3)   -2
                                y- y1=m(x-x1)
                                y+6=3/2(x-3)
                                y+6=3/2x-9/2
                                y+6-6=3/2x-9/2-6
                                y=3/2x-21/2
