OpenStudy (freckles):

these are the same type of questions \[\frac{ \text{4 students in choir } }{ \text{ 1 student in band}}=\frac{ \text{ x number of choir students }}{\text{ 43 students in band }}\] solve 4/1=x/43

OpenStudy (freckles):

4/1 is just 4 by the way

OpenStudy (freckles):

4=x/43

OpenStudy (s117):

172

OpenStudy (freckles):

sounds great

jagr2713 (jagr2713):

that what i got lol

OpenStudy (freckles):

1 band->4 choir 2 band->8 choir relationship there is a common ratio of 4 so 43 band->4(43) choir amd based on what @jagr2713 did last time this would be his approach which is awesome too :)

OpenStudy (agl202):
