Pair of Dice. Roll a pair of dice 60 times and record the sums. Determine the empirical probability of rolling a sum of a) 2. b) 7. c) Does the probability of rolling a sum of 2 appear to be the same as the probability of rolling a sum of 7? Explain your answer.

OpenStudy (juana02):

there is three answers to this questions its not multiple choice letters

Ok so the dice is unbiased therefore the probability on landing on 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 are all the same The probability that wld land on any of the above numbers is a 1/6 SO you agree with me?

OpenStudy (juana02):

Yes

Now really empirical probability is .... Basically its your observed results What i showed you above was the theoretical probability So what you gotta do is roll a die 60 times and record the amount of times it lands on each number Ok? Once you have done that pls come back and share the results with me and we can go from there
