What is the solution to the system of equations? 4x+y=2 x-y=3 (_____,_____)
Welcome to OpenStudy! @Mellovesu
Do you know any way how to solve it? Is there a specific way the teacher wants it to be solved by?
You can multiply the 2nd equation by 4 and then subtract the top equation with the bottom to get the y variable.
@Mellovesu Do you know how to solve by substitution, elimination, or by graphing?
http://www.mathpapa.com/algebra-calculator.html shows steps and the answer Hope it helps
@8ball thx
You can either use Substitution or Elimination :)
