Well it depends on what you did, but just say you're sorry. Say it was an accident. She should forgive you eventually.

well it was a accident I was on a phone and a dude behind me said something and I asked are you drunk and the parent was on the phone and well it went down hill from there and I didn't realize that it wasn't the other person and not the parent and I couldn't go back and apologize for it.... :(

oh well that's not that bad actually compared to what i thought u did. Just explain what happened and apologize to both the parent and her. (probably will have to do several times) and if the girl likes you enough then she should accept the apology.

well shes just a friend and she blocked the house phone over it mainly cuz I think I called to much but not sure
