I took the points (0 , 346) and (12 , 338.8)

to this site:

http://www.mathportal.org/calculators/analytic-geometry/two-point-form-calculator.php

and cranked out the linear equation for the data in the chart.

y = - .6 x + 346 where x is time and y is depth of the lake is the equation.

Use the equation to get the lake depth at x = 4 weeks and then again for the lake depth at x = 9 weeks.
