im new... how and where to start

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well, to start you post a question and people try to help you with a solution.

welcome to open study @Suresh8979 u can start from any section dear just ask a question and others will try to answer it :)

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

Or perhaps they are new to doing the MIT 6.183, since they posted in that area... If that is the case, I would start with getting Python 2.x of some sort, even 2.7.x will work fine. 3.x has some command differences that make a few of the lessons more tricky. Then try to work through things and post questions here if you have trouble.
