I'm working on a system of equations involving cascading tanks of constant volumes and concentrations of salt as a function of time. I think I have the 4 x 4 matrix set up correctly, but it's asking for a vector v to satisfy x'=Ax+v. Any hints would be greatly appreciated. I'll attach my work.

you should put in vector x= [x1 x2 x3 x4] (made vertical)
so it's Ax + v
