how do we lose the scores on the smartscore
If you get suspended
everytime someone takes away your medal or if a mod deletes a question you got a medal in
You can lose smartscore by getting suspended (a lot), deleting your responses on posts you got a medal, mod deleting a post you got a medal in
...or if you somehow lose a lot of fans...?
You can also block everyone you have fanned and everyone that has fanned you.
guys lets get @sleepyjess to 99
medal spam @acxbox22 lol
Getting suspended, blocking everyone you fanned, blocked everyone that has fanned you, deleting all your replies, and other stuff
is there such thing as negative scores ????
Yes, there is. -.-
@jagr2713
what i never seen it
if someone medal spams me....
it is really rare like there are screenshots of some users with -1 SS and 1 user with -2 ss
thats probably a glitch......
that happens if you do nothing here except getting suspended
no it is not @jagr2713 lol
i am still a little skeptical about this
code is online lol :D finally
I have seen a SS of -4 before, but I posted their profile in a chat and everyone fanned him/her
Delete your comments in which you got medals on will cause your SS to go down...
cool so if i just post a stupid question i could get my points down
Yes, you can put it that way. @SLP-HUERTA
Just pretend breaking the rules makes your SS go down.
only if a mod deletes your question or if u got a medal that made your SS go up but then your question is deleted, then it goes back to how it was.
how do i know if i have fans
Suspensions not directly effect your smartscore but inactivity does. Getting suspended means remaining dormant and hence your ss will drop down.
Negative smartscores are possible and are not glitches.
when you get a fan you will get a notification saying *user* became your fan :D and you can click on your name in the top right corner of your screen and to the left and it will say fans: ____ http://gyazo.com/6877e5a828257665c2fe5fd59ef6e158
@Abhisar Not quite true. One of the -1 users was a troll that was making multiple accounts. They got a -1 when I suspended them as they were doing their first chat post on that account. So suspensions do have a direct consequence on SS. Also, the people that wrote the SS formula have stated that suspensions do change how fast your SS goes up. So whatever it does to the SS calculation can cause the SS to go down even though that is not the actual intent.
Even false suspensions affect SS?
I was actually wondering how you could lose your SS. Thanks for the info.
We can evaluate that people lose a bit of their smartscore every time they lose a bit. If you lose a lot of fans, medals, and questions then your smartscore will drop. Your smartscore can also drop by suspensions. It has been said before that suspensions have an everlasting effect on your smartscore.
@sleepyjess I do not know what you mean by false, but if you are talking about community suspensions, I do not know if they are factired differently.
@e.mccormick False suspension = suspended without a valid reason, for example, I got a community suspension from 1 user a couple weeks ago because I asked that user to stop spamming "Retrice" in one of the chats. Luckily, I had means of contacting some users outside of OS, so I was reinstated within an hour.
Well, they are truly suspensions, so not false. I would call those unjustified community suspensions. As I said, I do not know if community suspensions are factored differently. Also, I do not know if the reinstate changes things.
