Trypsin, a protein digesting enzyme found in the small intestine of humans and animals, works most rapidly at a temperature of 37 degrees C, and a pH of 8. A student used trypsin to test the effects of various treatments on reaction rate. Procedures tested: A. Add more trypsin. B. Add more protein substrate. C. Decrease pH to 6.0 D.
