Yes I have listened to both of them. I think Senator Byrd's Speech. But I can't exactly find the position or thesis. nor the examples provided to support the answer... @KyanTheDoodle

What I do know is that he despises war. So I'm guessing that is the main argument in his speech. @KyanTheDoodle
