HI!!
he made 18 out or thirty or 3 out of 5
\[P=\frac{ \text{no. of successful attempts} }{ \text{total number of attempts} }\]What is the probability of successfully making a free throw?
what is three fifths of one hundred or \[100\times .6\]?
Then take this probablility and multiply by 100 to determine how many will be made out of 100 free throws.
