The paper is based off of two speeches. One is roosevelts Four Freedoms speech and the other is Obama's Welcoming remarks to Prime minister Cameron of the UK. I have to compare and contrast to see how the idea of freedom of fear has changed over time

i would read both speeches, and pull out examples of fear in each speech. Then compare them. Thats the best advice i could give
