Suggestion: An a.f.k feature. I get tagged when I'm "online" but away from the laptop. Then I have to explain to the user that I was away 10 minutes later.

I like that too.  Sometimes I'm asked to go do something.  So then I have to go away from my computer, but I keep OS opened.  I have that feature on something that my school uses called blackboard collaborate.  We're in the session, but we have an away status that we can use, which is reallly useful.  Great Idea.
