OpenStudy (anonymous):

Now, this is something I have practically no clue how to do

OpenStudy (welshfella):

the 2 triangles are congruent - that means they are exactly the same coresponding sides and angles are equal.

OpenStudy (welshfella):

so the 2 angles are equal 5x + 30 = 3x + 40 so solve this equation for x then you know the value of these angles

OpenStudy (welshfella):

can you solve this equation?

Directrix (directrix):

<B and <S are corresponding angles of congruent triangles and are congruent. So, 5x + 20 = 3x + 40 |dw:1424131754396:dw|
